Placing an online order - here's what to expect

Ordering custom prints online should be easy, fast, and stress-free, and we’re here to make sure it is. Whether you’re printing business cards, posters, or brochures, our goal is to get your order right the first time. Here’s a simple breakdown of what happens once you click “Place Order,” so you know exactly what to expect next.


1. Place Your Order with Full Specifications and Payment

Once you’ve selected your product, double-check that you’ve included all the details we’ll need to bring your project to life - things like quantity, size, paper stock, finish, and any special options. When you submit your order and complete your payment in full, our team immediately begins preparing your file for production. The more complete your specifications, the faster we can move to the next step.


2. Review and Approve Your Proof

For most orders (excluding same-day and 24-hour rush jobs), we’ll send you a digital proof within 1 business day. This proof is our way of making sure everything looks perfect before we go to print.


During this stage, our prepress team reviews your artwork to confirm that it’s print-ready, checking things like resolution, bleeds, margins, and color setup. If we notice anything that might affect print quality, we’ll reach out with recommendations or a request for updated files.


Once you receive your proof email, take a close look and approve it right away to keep your order on schedule. If revisions are needed, we’ll make the necessary adjustments and send a revised proof for your approval.


Note: If you’ve ordered a same-day or 24-hour turnaround, a proof will only be sent if you specifically request one, and this will add one business day to your production time.

3. Production and Shipping

After your proof is approved, your order moves into production! Most orders ship within 4–6 business days, depending on the product type and quantity ordered. Larger or more complex jobs may take a little longer, while smaller, simpler orders may be completed even sooner.

Once production is complete, your order is carefully packaged and shipped to your door. Shipping time varies based on your location and selected shipping method. If you have a specific deadline, please contact your representative for the most accurate turnaround estimate.


4. Enjoy—and Reorder Anytime!

That’s it! Once your order arrives, all that’s left to do is enjoy your fresh new prints. Whether it’s marketing materials, signage, or personal projects, we’re thrilled to help bring your vision to life.

And if you love the results (we think you will), reordering is simple. Just log in to your account, head to your Order History, and click Reorder to print the same design again, fast and easy.
